Terms of service

1) จองแล้วบรีฟงานภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง หากเกินเวลาจะขอยกเลิกคิวทุกกรณี
2) จ่ายก่อนเริ่มงานทุกกรณี ( สามารถจ่ายมัดจำก่อนได้ )
3) ทางเราจะให้ตรวจสอบงานระหว่างดำเนินการ 3 ขั้นตอน
3.1 ร่างภาพ
3.2 ตัดเส้น
3.3 ลงสี
4) หากงานเสร็จเรียบร้อยไม่มีจุดแก้ไขแล้วทางเราจะส่งไฟล์ผ่านไดร์ฟเป็น (PDF/PNG) ให้
5) คิวนึงสามารถสั่งได้ไม่เกิน 3 งาน
6) ระยะเวลางาน 1 - 4 วัน/งาน
7) กรณีที่ติดปัญหาทางเราจะแจ้งให้ทราบโดยใช้เวลา 1 - 2 สัปดาห์/งาน โดยประมาณ
8) รับแก้ไขงานได้มากสุดไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง หากแก้งานเกินโควต้าที่ตั้งไว้จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม 10-30% ของราคางานทั้งหมดต่อครั้งหรือจะคิดเป็นรายชั่วโมง
9) หากเริ่มงานไปแล้วขอไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี

1. Briefing Deadline: Please provide your work brief within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your queue.2. Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required before work commences.3. Review Process: You will be able to review and approve the progress at 3 stages:3.1 Sketching3.2 Line Art3.3 Coloring4. Final Delivery: Once the final design is approved, files will be delivered via Google Drive in PDF and PNG formats.5. Order Limit: A maximum of 3 pieces per queue/booking is allowed.6. Turnaround Time: Standard work time is 1–4 days per work.7. Delays: In case of unforeseen issues, I will notify you immediately. The timeframe may be extended to approximately 1–2 weeks per piece.8. Revisions: Up to 3 minor revisions are included for free. Additional revisions will incur a fee of 10–30% of the total price per edit, or be charged at an hourly rate.9. Refund Policy: Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Standard Character Design price

หากใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ราคาจะบวกเพิ่ม 2 เท่าของราคางาน
และหากแก้งานเกินโควต้าที่ตั้งไว้จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม 10-30% ของราคางานทั้งหมดต่อครั้งหรือจะคิดเป็นรายชั่วโมง
Commercial use is subject to a 100% surcharge of the base price. Any revisions exceeding the agreed quota will incur an additional fee of 10-30% of the total project cost per request, or will be billed at an hourly rate
